Josh came to Leverage Marketing with years of management experience in the sales and service field. Prior to Leverage Marketing, he spent many years at D&B as part of the Self Awareness Solutions Department where he served in many roles increasing sales while improving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Josh has also held a variety of management positions in different industries including staffing, wholesale and commercial finance. It is his vast experience coupled with his passion for customer loyalty that helps Leverage Marketing flourish.
Barbara Evans
Leader, Customer ExperienceBarbara Evans is Customer Experience Manager for Leverage Marketing. Evans is responsible for all aspects of the customer's overall experience. She is involved alongside senior management on a daily basis to assure all aspects of the services offered by Leverage Marketing are best-in-class. Evans's position is an industry first, working closely with all departments to deliver a truly exceptional experience.
Evans brings twelve years of national account management, sales, and customer relations experience to the Leverage Marketing team. Before joining Leverage Marketing, Evans held positions with Builder Homesite, Coldwell Banker, and Dell. Evans attended the University of Texas in Austin studying Retail Merchandising and Computer Science.
Cynthia Gibbons
Leader, SalesAs the Sales Manager for Leverage Marketing, Cynthia Gibbons focuses on bringing in new accounts to sustain the aggressive growth. Cynthia comes to Leverage Marketing after years of managing the New Customer Acquisition Team for D&B. There her teams continually over-achieved all growth targets the company required to meet the expectations of the Stock Holders.
Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she participated in athletics and furthered her education with post graduate work in Economics and Finance. With Cynthia's strong background in New Customer Acquisition and business knowledge Leverage Marketing has high expectations of continued growth and expansion.
Matthew Hooks
Leader, Natural Search (SEO) ServicesMatthew Hooks has been immersed in search engine marketing for the past four years -- from paid search to search engine optimization and many places in between. His experience began with managing paid search accounts and helping to build the natural search offerings at a fellow search engine marketing company.
